Come and get to know the Tigre Delta wetlands.

Itekoa and Dulceras del Rio invite you to share and value their way of life and local production.

The lifestyle we choose begins with the recognition and respect for biodiversity, native plants and wetlands, which provide irreplaceable ecosystem services.

Delta lifestyle involves stilt house construction with local materials, bio-construction and the use and care of water. We will trace a journey between the historical and current styles of living in the delta.

1 day visits

Visit Itekoa and the kitchen of the Dulceras de Río Cooperative. Departure at 9 am and return at 5 pm.

Includes: breakfast, lunch and snack with local products, local guide in Spanish, English and French, transfer by collective boat or cab boat (by previous arrangement), thematic talks and special menus. Special services such as overnight stay can be arranged.
